28/02/2026: Superb establishment, top-notch, and a very warm welcome from Lucas, it was very pleasant!

23/02/2026: After a long journey, coming from Western Australia, we found the airport shuttle by pure accident, as the hotel had not responded twice to our request for a pick-up. However, the gentleman who picked us up, was very friendly and courteous; furthermore, the Frontdesk Manager immediately took note to ensure this would not happen in future and apologised profusely. Due to our jetlag, we left the hotel the next morning and forgot 1 of our 5 suitcases... Both Lucas and Thomas reassured us verbally over the phone not to worry, as we could return and pick it up at our own convenience; they had found our missing luggage and stored it securely in their luggage room. The customer service you receive from the staff is absolutely fabulous; this makes you forget the dated feel & look of the rooms.
