A short trip to Verdun-sur-Mer this summer, a visit to the charming little restaurant Le Pibalou, a chance encounter with Mélanie and Pascal when paying the bill, a brief chat, an exchange of business cards (mostly theirs, actually 😊)... and last Friday evening, a wonderful discovery: "Graines et Garenne". A magnificent setting, a delicious meal, Mélanie, Pascal, and their team are delightful. We'll be back very soon.

A wonderful discovery.
Arriving somewhat by chance without a reservation, I almost had to turn back (the establishment was a victim of its own success).
Thanks to the friendly ladies in the dining room, they were able to find me a seat.
Pleasant, elaborate, and homemade dishes. The homemade béarnaise sauce was delicious.
Very comfortable seating (which is important to enjoy the meal).

This is an excellent restaurant. The chef passionately cooks with seasonal produce. The dishes are generous and refined.
The warm decor makes for a convivial experience. The terrace is also superb, making for very pleasant moments in the summer. The professionalism of the waiters is impeccable.
I highly recommend coming to eat at Mélanie and Pascal's!
