Excellent meal, but the organization and service need improvement. The dining experience was impeccable: the meat was excellent and cooked to absolute perfection. The service was smooth, well-paced, and without unnecessary waiting between courses, all in a pleasant setting. Two points, however, deserve highlighting: Reservation management: It's difficult to understand the benefit of encouraging customers to book online if they are then made to wait in the same queue as walk-ins. The concept lacks fairness and logic. Customer service: A little more attention and warmth towards customers would be appreciated. Customers like to feel welcomed and valued, not just reduced to a table number. In summary: a very good restaurant in terms of cuisine, but the management of arrivals and customer service need improvement.

We are very satisfied with the welcome and service 👍🏻 and especially when the waiter changed our plate because we had forgotten to say that we should not put egg yolk in the beef tartare with roquefort.

A pleasant surprise compared to the overall Google rating. Good food, mussels on the children's menu—original and very good! Good quality wines, even by the glass. In the summer, book in advance, especially on Sundays, as most restaurants in Cholet are closed.
