Very nice place and more than adequate cuisine. However, during our two visits we had a waiter visibly in his infancy, which is in no way a problem but rather the lack of recognition and patience of his colleagues and their various low masses and condescending glances towards him. This makes the experience rather unpleasant regarding the service. Courage to this person who has the desire to work and learn but who does not seem supported.

We had an excellent evening, pleasant place, located in the center of Cholet!
Friendly welcome, the service remains dynamic.
If you want to laugh, this is the place to come for lunch, the staff will make your evening a very good, friendly and fun evening. They listen to you, and we sense the exchange.
The quality of the dishes is just perfect, the desserts are homemade. The prices are reasonable.
(You can go there with your eyes closed)!

Top-notch service and welcome.
We had lunch on Sunday and dinner on Monday evening.
Nothing to say, just perfect, the staff are competent, welcoming and classy..
Personally, I knew my friend from Var who found this exceptional brasserie 💌
