Grand Hôtel Abbatiale Restaurant sur Benodet

The hotel is very well located, with a very warm welcome and pleasant staff. The hotel and rooms were clean, although they are a bit dated and the renovation was somewhat lacking upon closer inspection (see photo). Unfortunately, our room overlooked the parking lot, but it was very quiet. The hotel is close to all the activities and restaurants along the Odet River. I highly recommend it.

The staff were exceptionally kind.

Large hotel, but a tiny 3m² bathroom where you have to take turns showering, impossible for two people to fit in, plus a small room under the eaves with a sewer smell. We spent two nights in an oven despite being provided with a fan. This is nothing like a 4-star hotel. Don't stop here.

The hotel is well located and the amenities are adequate. However, it's all a bit dated.

The hotel was very good, the staff very welcoming, and the room and bathroom very clean. The sea view was very pleasant. The partner restaurant (Le Café Foutu) offered a very warm welcome and excellent food.

We don't regret booking here. Very quiet, comfortable beds, secure private parking and an excellent breakfast.

We didn't try the rooms and we regret it because this is where we came every morning for breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located and the staff are incredibly kind; it's a charming hotel, and next time we come to Bénodet, we'll stay here.

A very nice hotel in a great location, with excellent staff and a very nice breakfast buffet. However, the rooms are not up to 3-star standards. The radiator is ancient, the under-bed cleaning wasn't done, the bathroom wasn't cleaned during our stay, and towels were provided sparingly. It's a shame because everything else was excellent.
