Very good, and like all good things, a little more expensive.
Don't go too late, otherwise you'll have fewer choices. For me, by 5 pm, they were out of flan.
I recommend it 👍

We bought some cakes (Black Forest cake, pudding, and a Tropézienne tart). These cakes were very good; we thoroughly enjoyed them. Excellent value for money.
However, we returned today, May 4th, 2026, and the tea room was full. We were greeted by a waiter who seemed to have left his smile at home... We believe that when we go to a tea room of Weibel's renown, we expect a different level of service. As a result, we went to a competitor where the welcome was much more pleasant.

Maison Weibel is the story of a craft passed down through generations since 1954. Enjoy their pastries and calissons, as well as their artisanal ice cream and chocolates, in their tea room or at your events.
Thanks to their recipes and high-quality products, they enjoyed great success in the city for many years. Their son, Nicolas, succeeded them in 1988 after being awarded the title of master chocolatier, ice cream maker, pastry chef, and confectioner.
Maison Weibel is located near the Résidence Pasteur.
