The hotel is very well located in Aix, close to all amenities. It has been tastefully renovated and, above all, the staff are wonderful, from the housekeeping to the dining room and reception staff. They always have a kind word and a thoughtful touch! It's the only hotel I've stayed in so far where everyone is so incredibly friendly.

Great hotel. Well located and close to the old town - perfect parking - very professional and attentive staff - super clean room and excellent, very friendly housekeeper - very varied breakfast. Room 235 is a bit small for moving around and for luggage, but still nice.

I stayed two nights at this hotel, from which everything is within walking distance if you want to visit the historic center.
I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a tastefully renovated room. Unfortunately, the room overlooked a fairly busy street and was a bit noisy. I recommend the rooms by the pool. There were plenty of attentive staff at breakfast, but they were less attentive at the bar, where cocktails were served without any accompaniments!
The breakfast buffet has a rather limited selection of breads. The rest was perfectly adequate.

The hotel renovations are practically complete. The hotel is a true haven. The warm colors of the carpets and cushions are inviting, and the staff is efficient and attentive. A real pleasure right in the city center. The outdoor pool is heated, which is very pleasant in the spring.

The hotel has been completely renovated and the rooms are very comfortable with quality bedding. However, there's a lack of electrical outlets, as all the ones in the office are occupied (lamp, telephone, and Nespresso machine), and there's only one outlet on one side of the bed. Breakfast is excellent and the staff is very professional.
On the other hand, the dinner restaurant is best avoided; the wait is interminable, and while the staff is friendly, they are completely overwhelmed.

Spent two nights here as part of a Viking tour. Was not impressed with the quality of the dinner meal but the breakfast was overwhelming The rooms are newly decorated quite contemporary and there are views of the surrounding streets. Takes some time to figure out the lighting and the major option is no lights on at bedtime.
They had problems using my credit card that they blamed on the machine but the next morning the machine still would not accept my card that had been used during our entire trip. Luckily my wife had her card that worked.
