GRANDioz sur Aix-En-Provence

The buffet offers a good selection of starters and desserts, which are varied and quite tasty. However, I was disappointed by the hot dishes and their sides. The choice was rather limited, and the quality didn't live up to my expectations. It's a shame, because with an improvement in this area, the experience would be much better. Despite this, the staff is pleasant, and the setting is nice.

The welcome and service were perfect!!! And the food was excellent!!!! We love coming to Grandioz and we recommend this place to everyone who hasn't been before. Thank you so much for the joy you bring us!!!

For a Saturday with a 7 pm arrival, it was quiet, which was pleasant for helping ourselves to the buffet, which is very well stocked; everyone can find something they like, from appetizers to desserts. The staff is very professional, from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. The dining room is huge and spotlessly clean. For a restaurant outing, I highly recommend it, and as an added bonus, there's free parking.

The staff were super friendly, responsive, and smiling; it's a shame the water wasn't cold and the desserts weren't cold either.

The name "Grandioz" is just a name; it needs a few things to truly live up to it. First of all, the staff is lovely. They're helpful and genuinely kind. The atmosphere is pleasant, although it's not very busy on Monday evenings. But the food... The prepared dishes are good, but nothing special. The problem, in my opinion, is the buffet. Some dishes are good, but a large portion is frozen, especially the desserts, and it's tiring to eat products you find everywhere. I would have preferred fewer items but of better quality. Also, the fruit flies on the cheeses are unappealing. And as a vegetarian, that's quite frustrating.

Absolutely superb! The buffet is truly top-notch, the cocktails are excellent, the service is very friendly, all for a price that might seem high at first, but from the first bite you realize it's worth every penny. A very wide selection of appetizers, an entire table dedicated to desserts, and a choice of hot dishes (3 meat and 3 fish options) cooked fresh to order. There are options for vegetarians and those who don't eat pork—everyone is catered for! It's a shame I couldn't try everything I wanted, the selection was so vast. I'll have to come back to try the rest! The buffet is only available in the evening; at lunchtime, it's an à la carte menu, which I imagine must be just as delicious. Don't hesitate!

Plenty of choice, a good all-you-can-eat buffet

A very generous and varied buffet of uneven quality. A wide selection of seafood: sushi, tataki, maki, shellfish, salads, smoked fish, but the gravlax salmon was a misnomer. An abundance of cold cuts, which we would have preferred to be artisanal, as were the very disappointing cheeses. Bland and lukewarm hot dishes. Overly sweet desserts. Smiling and efficient service despite the crowds. Perhaps it's time to prioritize quality over quantity...
