Bordeaux has turned out to be a wonderful discovery—a beautiful, cosmopolitan city with fantastic bars like this one. Located in the city center, it's uniquely decorated, the staff are incredibly friendly, and rock music is playing. Many people were ordering cocktails. Of course, we went back several times.

17/09/2026: A place I've known for years. Last night, I came with a couple of friends, and it was as good as ever: quality, fresh products, impeccable service, and a very pleasant welcome. I recommend this place; remember to book.
12/09/2026: I went there for lunch today to try an Italian restaurant and relive the flavors of my summer. My experience was rather mixed. The setting is typical and pleasant. The waiters and manager were agreeable. However, the food wasn't particularly memorable. I ordered La Norma, wanting to try something as classic as possible. The portion was rather small, the pasta slightly overcooked, the Parmesan was good, and the tomato sauce a bit acidic. There was hardly any eggplant; it was practically an afterthought on the plate. It was "not bad," but far from the most memorable experience I've had. Compared to what I was served in Rome, the quality was lower. The place does have its merits, though! I'm just not entirely convinced by the experience.

06/09/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars because the quality-price ratio is fantastic. When there are four of you, you really notice it. The place is small but charming. They also have outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and very attentive. One girl, whose name I don't know, speaks Spanish, but that's not a problem because they're very helpful. The menu isn't extensive, but it's sufficient. Salads, appetizers, pasta, etc. They do have quite a few homemade pizza options. They offer set menus with an appetizer and main course, or a main course and dessert, which works out almost the same as ordering one thing at a time. Appetizers include salads, cured meats, and local pâté. The dessert we tried was the homemade chocolate mousse, which was delicious. A highly recommended spot in the city center!
