Osteria da Luigi sur Bordeaux

A place I've known for years. Last night, I came with a couple of friends, and it was as good as ever: quality, fresh products, impeccable service, and a very pleasant welcome. I recommend this place; remember to book.

I went there for lunch today to try an Italian restaurant and relive the flavors of my summer. My experience was rather mixed. The setting is typical and pleasant. The waiters and manager were agreeable. However, the food wasn't particularly memorable. I ordered La Norma, wanting to try something as classic as possible. The portion was rather small, the pasta slightly overcooked, the Parmesan was good, and the tomato sauce a bit acidic. There was hardly any eggplant; it was practically an afterthought on the plate. It was "not bad," but far from the most memorable experience I've had. Compared to what I was served in Rome, the quality was lower. The place does have its merits, though! I'm just not entirely convinced by the experience.

Frankly, the food and service lived up to the grandeur of this beautiful civilization that is Italy.

We came for lunch with friends, and we'll definitely be back. The food is excellent, the owner is very attentive, and everyone is smiling. A real treat. Go there without delay!

Despite very pleasant service, the portion of pasta was very small, which is a shame for an Italian restaurant where generosity is important.

Great hidden gem for Italian food!

The spaghetti bolognese was good, but nothing extraordinary. The tiramisu for dessert had little flavor, lacking Marsala wine. But above all, the sharing platter for the starter, while tasty, was definitely not worth €28 in terms of quantity!

An exceptional experience! We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the main courses and wine pairings to the desserts. A simple and elegant menu, beautifully prepared dishes, and impeccable service! As a huge fan of Italian cuisine, I've found a restaurant I'll be returning to very regularly and that I wholeheartedly recommend. Don't hesitate!
