Green is Better- Valbonne sur Valbonne

Great place for a healthy and quick lunch with a cold salad bar with lots of varied ingredients plus a hot dish of the day and desserts. The staff is friendly and efficient, and there’s both inside and outside seating. You might miss it since you don’t see it from the road, but once you go up the entrance toward the office buildings there’s easy parking.
