We received a warm welcome, excellent and attentive service, and the food was of superb quality, from appetizers and main courses to desserts. I highly recommend it for solo travelers, couples, families, and groups of friends. Well done to the entire team!

We regularly visit this Courtepaille restaurant and appreciate the quality of the traditional dishes—they're simple and delicious. The staff is attentive to our requests and adapts to our needs. The starters are fresh, the meats are good, and the sauces are excellent. Finally, the children's corner is a delight for the little ones, who can play while we finish our meal. 28/06/2026: We've had lunch at Cœur de la Forêt several times. The setting is pleasant and offers a change of scenery, and the service is adequate, nothing more. But this lunchtime, we were a little disappointed by the portion sizes. The kidneys weren't cooked pink, and the slice of strawberry shortcake was very small. We ordered an aperitif, wine, cheese (all extras), etc. The least they could have done was make the dessert look good. The value for money is really lacking these days, and the welcome was rather informal. It's a shame.
18/06/2026: We had booked for a group of seven, and upon arrival, our beautiful table on the terrace was already waiting for us. As with each of our visits, the welcome was absolutely perfect. On the plate, the cuisine is true to form: fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The owner is a sweetheart, always attentive to ensuring we wanted for nothing. The restaurant Au cœur de la forêt succeeds in offering a refined and charming setting while maintaining a lovely simplicity and very affordable prices. It's a real pleasure to go there; we wholeheartedly recommend it and will return again and again!
