A warm and professional welcome, the enticing menu lives up to its promise, and the atmosphere is serene with a genuine desire to please the customer. The food is delicious, and the staff, very personable, knows their products and menu. It's an excellent experience without a single flaw. The ingredients are fresh and expertly prepared, and the price is also very reasonable considering the delicious taste. We highly recommend it! Thank you!

October 22nd around 2 p.m., very friendly welcome from the server. Lunch for four, the food was very good, with an excellent porcini mushroom sauce! A place to remember.

A beautiful sunny day to stop in Mendes and this restaurant is very nice the food is well done we had the rum steak which was original and quite good a little just seasoning level and a large salad which was very good. We could have had the view of the magnificent cathedral but there were screens a bit of a shame because the cathedral is worth the detour.

09/11/2025: Restaurant with a daily set menu or a buffet with starter and dessert. Note that it's not all-you-can-eat. The food is good and plentiful. However, there are only two desserts to choose from at the buffet, but someone is watching over you to make sure you comply. I understand there must be some abuse, but this suspicion and surveillance make you feel uneasy. Apart from that, it has a family atmosphere.

28/01/2026: What an amazing place! The half-pints are cheap and the glasses are generously filled. The owners are incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the food is fantastic!
