Very welcoming staff, pleasant atmosphere, varied and original dishes, with a sufficient quantity so that it does not weigh on the stomach, delicious and fresh. It feels like it's homemade. Go for it without hesitation!

The octopus carpaccio was excellent, the accompaniment was perfect, I recommend. The dish was good and plentiful. The service was quick even though the restaurant was busy. The staff is pleasant. A very good address.

Restaurant with an intimate atmosphere with quite a few vegetarian options. The pincanha was delicious, while the porcini ravioli was to die for. Very pleasant service with a very reasonable waiting time. We were able to chat with the chef after the service. He enthusiastically answered questions and presented his products with passion. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Again Guarana delivered a great meal. Lovely welcome and service. The menu is a welcome change from the normal offered in Foix.

24/03/2024: Small, unpretentious restaurant, but in which you will receive a warm, family welcome and which will allow you to taste sumptuous local products, notably the "perriade des prés" which meat lovers should undoubtedly appreciate. In addition, the mojitos are delicious and very generous. A beautiful address that we recommend.
