A small, traditional French restaurant located near Foix Castle. It was excellent, and the atmosphere was very friendly. I recommend the duck parmentier, which was simply delicious. For dessert, the coffee verrine (the exact name escapes me) was also delectable. The portions were generous for a very reasonable price, the food was high quality, and made with local products! It's worth noting that there isn't a lot of space inside.

Passing through Foix, I made a wonderful discovery this evening. The foie gras burger was delicious. The rum baba was generous and homemade. I thoroughly enjoyed it. And on top of that, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and try the other dishes!

Passing through Foix, we stumbled upon this very friendly couple who run a restaurant... You know what... go there! It's delicious, welcoming, and full of humor... The tiramisu was to die for, made by the chef, the owner... while the chef, the owner's wife, could guide you towards some wines to discover... We'll be back! 👏😉👍
