A wonderful discovery in Foix! A restaurant that truly showcases local produce, with high-quality cuisine and impeccable service. The two ladies who greeted us were very friendly and pleasant. We received excellent service and, above all, very helpful advice, especially regarding the wine selection. A truly excellent experience, with delicious food and lovely people. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! We will definitely be back.

A great place for its friendly service and homemade food. I recommend the duck parmentier and, for dessert, the almond and fig tart.

We go to this restaurant regularly because the home-style cooking is excellent: good quality meat and fish, and especially plenty of well-prepared vegetables. Not to mention the desserts... They're absolutely delicious. And of course, the service is top-notch and we always receive a very warm welcome. We'll definitely be back!
