Visiting Foix to see the castle, we chose this restaurant after reading the excellent reviews on TripAdvisor, and we weren't disappointed! Authentic cuisine, prepared with quality local products. Delicious dishes, a warm welcome, and very pleasant service. An excellent choice. We will gladly return and recommend it without hesitation!

The duck parmentier was excellent, perfectly balanced, flawlessly presented, not to mention the impeccable service. As for the dessert, well, what a treat! I couldn't resist digging in before taking a picture. Come and go, you won't be disappointed! See you soon, and long live Ariège!
