We had the pleasure of being looked after by Giovanni at Di Napoli ahead of the Paris marathon, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The pasta was absolutely spot on — exactly what you want the day before a race. Fresh, simple, and full of flavour, it felt like proper fuel rather than just a meal. Warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what he does, Giovanni created an awesome dish that was perfect for a pre-marathon meal. Nothing was too much trouble, and his recommendation was totally on point! If you’re in Paris and looking for the ideal carb-load before race day, this is the place.
