Guinguette Au Bout de l'île sur Montjean-Sur-Loire

Very good restaurant with a top waiter and a great setting. I highly recommend eating outside on sunny days. The food was good and elaborate. Great time!

Superb spot for a drink. We weren't able to eat there because we hadn't made a reservation and it was full.

I must say that this is one of the guingette that is worth a visit. The place is quite and the ambiance is super chill. The service is friendly and warm, I asked for the local whiskey and she was very patiently explaining it to me. The whiskey was delicious and the hit was just what I expected. The food is really good accompanied with the sauce, I really liked it. At the beginning and the end, we took a walk around the restaurant and as the name says, it is located almost at the far end of the island. You can see the mainland view from there. Amazing experience and I cannot thank them enough. I will come back one day.

Great place and the food I love

While staying in the region, our host recommended this tavern where we had a great time! A cozy place with a smiling, attentive and attentive waitress. Simple cuisine with little touches of originality. Local products highlighted with a more than adequate quality-price ratio and lots of homemade products. If they no longer have room to eat you can come and have a drink with a little side dish and come and spend 4 hours during the day. We were happy to dine in this little corner of paradise.

Das Wort Guinguette suggeriert eine einfache Schenke am Wasser. Und genau das bietet diese Schenke: einfachstes Mobiliar, Wassergläser und Besteck aus der Schulkantine. Man sitzt im Freien unter Bäumen und genießt bei schönem Wetter die Abendsonne.. Leider hört beim Preis und Essen der Spaß auf. Die Campingplatzschänke wird zum normalen, leicht überteuerten Lokal wie überall in der Region wo der Massenfahrradtourismus Einzug gehalten hat. Der Aal mit Pommes für 26€, der Burger für 16€, die Quarkspeise für 5€ waren weder qualitativ noch quantitativ überzeugend. Immerhin war die Bedienung auf Top Niveau ! Die Schenke eignet sich für einen Aperitif, nicht mehr.

Endroit magnifique. Un super wk. Nous avons réservé la toue cabanée ; c’est top, reposant, magique, bien aménagé, la vue est top (il vaut mieux aller prendre sa douche en haut mais ça c’est un détail et ce sont des toilettes sèches, il faut juste s’y habituer 😀). La guinguette est magnifique, la déco est top et très stylée, les plats sont dignes d’un gastro et l’accueil parfait… C’est tellement bien que je ne sais plus quoi dire. À refaire et à refaire.
