Gur sur Lille

The good : food is great! Great kebabs, lots of different sauce, ability to order on a kiosk so you don't have to deal with the staff. The bad : this establishment seems to attract a wide variety of people. If you seat outside, chances are you will be asked for money/a bite of your sandwich(?!?) and you'll experience a plethora of incivilities (people smoking next to you, dirty tables not cleared by patrons etc) The ugly : this place is in need of some type of deep cleaning/ revamp. Restrooms are dirty, the dining area as well and you just get an overall sense of lack of cleanliness. The staff is "exhausted" (I can easily understand why) and it reflects on their service and manners. Overall, I like this place enough but it looks like it suffers from its patrons.

Great, we had a fantastic time!

First time at Gur for a chain, very happy with the service. The faluche was lightly toasted, the meat wasn't overcooked, unlike some places where the meat is dry. The fries were super good, the vegetables were very fresh (maybe I was lucky, you never know), and the onions and salad were crispy. Just the toilets need improvement, and it's not warm upstairs in winter.

Very good fast food. Good value for money.

Superb cuisine, splendid service, and as a bonus, they cleared our table – just wow!
