The good : food is great! Great kebabs, lots of different sauce, ability to order on a kiosk so you don't have to deal with the staff. The bad : this establishment seems to attract a wide variety of people. If you seat outside, chances are you will be asked for money/a bite of your sandwich(?!?) and you'll experience a plethora of incivilities (people smoking next to you, dirty tables not cleared by patrons etc) The ugly : this place is in need of some type of deep cleaning/ revamp. Restrooms are dirty, the dining area as well and you just get an overall sense of lack of cleanliness. The staff is "exhausted" (I can easily understand why) and it reflects on their service and manners. Overall, I like this place enough but it looks like it suffers from its patrons.

Fast food of fairly good quality and a reasonably priced range

Superb cuisine, splendid service, and as a bonus, they cleared our table – just wow!

I had the faluche thing on the menu, honestly it's filling, it's crazy loaded. The meat is pretty good and not too salty, the classic frozen fries are okay, the bread isn't great and the white sauce isn't either. To sum up, I wasn't disappointed by the quantity but the bread and fries aren't great.

The service was a bit slow, but I can understand that it's quite complicated to manage during a sale period. The menu is reasonably priced and corresponds to the portion. However, it would be nice to manage the flow within the store a little better.

Friendly and professional staff, tasty kebab, fast service, nothing to complain about.
