8 friends for dinner. Excellent selection of food and fantastic service. The setting is also very nice with cellar style ceilings. Would definitely recommend.

Accueil très agréable dans un décor de cave voûtée alsacienne. Repas délicieux et copieux avec baeckhof et choucroute. Kouglof glacé excellent.

Surprisingly good considering it's touristy location. Starters were great although the snails could have done with more garlic. The choucroute was delicious.

Restaurant located in a vaulted cellar which allows you to enjoy the freshness on a sunny day. The place is calm and the atmosphere soothing. The servers are very pleasant and attentive, the food is very good, the waiting time was not long and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this traditional cuisine restaurant during your stay in Strasbourg!

16/09/2024: Excellent restaurant to try all kinds of Flammkuchen typical of the area. There are two types of menu: the first for €13.9 in which you can order a restricted number of flams, or the "Hopla" menu for €18.9 which is to try the entire menu with a starter or dessert. We ordered the €13.9 menu and it is more than enough since it has a good number of varieties to try. You can order as many times as you want, but everyone at the table must order the same type of menu. To drink, we ask for bottled water which is free (typical in France). The service from the waiters is great, fast and polite.
15/09/2024: Slightly older house but clean. Located close to the cathedral. Very good tarte flambée in different variations. Friendly staff, you should be able to speak English. All you can eat is also available.
