We had a wonderful evening at your restaurant! Despite a full house and a busy schedule, the service remained pleasant, attentive, and truly caring. The specialties were very well presented, both in quantity and quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The staff were excellent and very friendly. The cellar area was superb, in my opinion. All the dishes arrived very quickly.

We were poorly seated in the restaurant and felt somewhat isolated, isolated from everyone else. The wait to be served was rather long, considering how few people were in the restaurant. We experienced a completely different situation earlier this year. Two people's appetizers were served at the same time as their drinks. Strange. The salads for the other two were served at the same time as their main courses. There was no room left at the table to eat properly. A simple solution would have been to serve these salads with the first group's appetizers, so everyone could eat at the same time. It didn't seem complicated, which is a shame. Aside from these minor service issues, which were still a bit of a nuisance, we ate well, quite satisfied, and for a reasonable price.

Excellent once again! We return to this restaurant almost every time we're in Strasbourg, and it's always a pleasure. The quality is consistently high, the dishes are excellent, and we weren't disappointed once again. The only slight drawback is the staff shortage, which makes the wait a bit longer. It's a shame, especially since the team on duty clearly does its best and sometimes seems very busy. Perhaps it would be better, in the event of staff absences or understaffing, to temporarily limit the number of tables to maintain the quality of service and, above all, to avoid putting the team under too much pressure. Nevertheless, it remains a very good restaurant, and we will gladly return on our next trip to Strasbourg!

We felt rushed by the servers. Had to order water twice. Food and atmosphere are excellent.

The place, steeped in history, is simply magnificent. An invitation to sit and contemplate the imposing vaults and stonework. The staff is very pleasant, attentive, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the young woman who looked after table 22 on Monday evening, September 21st. She embodies joie de vivre, and it's a pleasure to see someone who loves their job so much and has such a knack for connecting with customers. I almost forgot to mention the food we enjoyed. A true delight... and at a very reasonable price. I first knew this place, so close to the cathedral, 40 years ago, and I had the same memory of it then... I hope I won't have to wait that long to return. Thank you to your entire team.

We dined at this restaurant two evenings during our weekend getaway with friends and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was very friendly. As a vegetarian, I was also able to take advantage of the offer. The first evening, I enjoyed unlimited tarte flambée by simply requesting it be prepared without bacon. The second evening, I chose the mushroom puff pastry as a starter, followed by the Bideleskäs as a main course. A great place, with a welcoming team and excellent vegetarian options.
