Gusto Caffe sur Martigues

Lasagna like I've never eaten before. I highly recommend it. Pleasant atmosphere and quick service.

I entrusted Le Gusto restaurant with my husband's and daughter's surprise birthday celebrations, and it was a resounding success: the menu was a big hit, and the service and table setting were impeccable. I thank the chef and his team and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!

We'd heard about Gusto but hadn't tried it yet! We finally did, and we weren't disappointed at all! It's something other than your average Italian restaurant! This place offers originality and flavor. The food was served professionally in a lovely setting. A place we absolutely recommend.

A Virgin Mijoto with a name that's tasteless, dishes that aren't worth the price and are sickeningly sweet, and an overly heavy dessert—everything needs to be rethought! However, the setting is great and the staff are welcoming.

The exact score would be between 3.5 and 4. A little disappointed for my third visit. There were three of us, for a reservation on a Friday evening at 8:30 p.m. Regarding the food: - We had two virgin mojitos, which had no flavor and were absolutely not sweet; I didn't drink mine. - The large antipasti platter isn't bad, but it's more like a collection of good ingredients than pure cuisine. - The carbonara was excellent; however, (a matter of taste), we would have preferred spaghetti when it came to the choice of pasta. - The Milanese escalope, a true showpiece due to its monumental size, was therefore too dry and too flat to create a spectacular effect. - The pistachio and strawberry tiramisu was nothing like a pistachio and strawberry tiramisu. First, the biscuits were soaked in a syrup that resembled water. The mascarpone mousse was good, but I'm always looking for pistachio and strawberry. Two small, almost felt-tip pen-like lines above the tiramisu represent the pistachio and strawberry in said tiramisu. Don't bother looking for them elsewhere in the dish; you won't find them. As for the atmosphere, the room was extremely noisy; we couldn't hear each other. The music was also too loud, and mixed with the surrounding hubbub, the experience was a little less enjoyable. The overall result is more than mixed, whereas my other two evenings at this restaurant were more than perfect...
