The gyozas are delicious, and the recipes are sophisticated and unusual. On the other hand, there are only three recipes offered, which is not much for a restaurant that only offers that, in my opinion.
They sell foods like gyoza, gyoza balls, and salmon balls. You can choose between 8 and 12 dumpling balls. A pack of 12 costs 16 euros. It comes with rice, cabbage, sesame seeds, and gyoza, and you can choose mayonnaise sauce. I chose sweet chili mayo. The amount is less than expected. The liver was also very bland. The dumplings taste more like ginger than meat. A return visit seems difficult. Instead, the tamago was really delicious!!
Interesting for the concept but unfortunately for me, the taste, complexity and creativity that I was looking for were not there. Gyozas that are OK but not interesting enough to justify giving them an identity.
Clearly my new favorite Gyoza restaurant in Paris.
Are very tasty and well balanced!
The ponzu sauce was amazing!
The food was already delicious, but the bartender in the basement space where we were staying made our evening better.
Very smiling and kind!
Amazing cocktails.
Great discoveries, honest prices for very good quality drinks.
I was transported by him for choices and honestly, I did very well.
Spending our time with him was enjoyable.
See you soon, thank you!
Gyozas to die for, surely the best in Paris for me. Small note, the sides (rice, edamame) have been reduced in quantity since last time (not the price). Other than that, always a pleasure.
