The products are always fresh, beautifully presented, and impeccably clean. I love their concept, and their varied sandwich breads are excellent. The owners are discreet and always pleasant. I go there every time I'm in Coulommiers. My only regret is that they're closed on Saturdays when you're out and about in Coulommiers.
