Always fresh products, well presented and impeccable cleanliness. I love their concept and their sandwiches and various breads are excellent. The owners are discreet and always pleasant. I go there every time I go to Coulommiers. My only regret is that they are closed on Saturdays when we are out and about in Coulommiers.
