Hannya sur Saint-Jean-De-Luz

A small, unassuming sushi bar that primarily serves takeout, but is definitely worth a visit. The sushi is delicious – the pieces of fish are fresh, juicy, and of truly high quality. You can tell that everything is prepared with great care. The owner also deserves a big plus – he's incredibly kind, very attentive, and speaks fluent Spanish, making ordering a pure pleasure. Definitely a place you'll want to return to.

These are truly excellent sushi, very well made, with more fish than rice (unlike many commercially available sushi). A wonderful discovery that's well worth the trip!
