Excellent quality, both in terms of food and service. I come here regularly with friends, who, like me, are always delighted by this restaurant. Special mention to the head chef!

Excellent restaurant, with fresh specialties prepared right in front of you. A wide selection of dishes, each as delicious as the next. Highly recommended.

Seito Restaurant Sushi & Grill

16/05/2026: Very good. The waitress was very pleasant. It's a shame it was so smoky; the ventilation is too weak. My eyes stung. Other customers were coughing. And the Lacoste wine wasn't good. I'm looking for improvement. Please don't take this the wrong way.

Aji Sushi

25/08/2026: Fast and efficient service, delicious food at affordable prices. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant's ambiance. Aji Sushi remains a Japanese restaurant I recommend in Aix.
19/08/2026: The welcome and service were excellent, the portions were generous, and the prices very reasonable. Unfortunately, I found the dishes rather bland and lacking in flavor. A shame, because the whole experience was very promising.
