A very enjoyable evening; the owner, Basile, is very warm and welcoming! The rib of beef and the veal chop were perfect… perfectly cooked and of superb quality! The side of fries AND salad was delicious… with 80s-style background music… Small dining room for an intimate atmosphere…

The service was excellent. We had a reservation and arrived early, and the owner did everything he could to accommodate us. The meat was very good, and you get to choose your cuts before they're cooked. Expect a 20-minute wait for the rib-eye steak. We'll gladly return.

The meat was good, but that's all. No water or bread served throughout the entire meal. On the plate was a veal chop and a handful of frozen fries for €35... No meat jus or anything else. The quality of the meat isn't everything; we won't be back.

The meat is divine. There aren't many choices, but it's excellent. We ordered the Galician beef. Mixed cooking options are available. The service is incredibly warm. I highly recommend it to all meat lovers.

30/12/2025: We ordered two pizzas this evening while passing through Biarritz for delivery to our Airbnb. The staff were lovely and the pizza was truly delicious; it had been a long time since we had eaten such good ones. I highly recommend it and will definitely repeat the experience on my next visit to Biarritz.
