Hayashi Sushi sur Paris

I discovered this restaurant a few weeks ago, and it's truly excellent! I get takeout and bring the meal back to Avignon, that's how good it is! Or I enjoy it on the train. It's really top-notch (and I've tried a lot of Japanese restaurants 😅). The sushi is incredibly fresh and generous (not too much rice, and there's plenty of salmon and avocado—the balance is perfect). The skewers are also delicious; I highly recommend them 👍🏼. The staff is quick and friendly, which is a nice bonus. Well done, keep up the good work! An extra bonus: when you pay, you get a receipt with a discount of €1, €2, or €3 depending on your order, valid for the entire following month—fantastic!

Excellent restaurant near Gare de Lyon, a great find. The two-person menu was very good and generous. I'll definitely be back.
