Overall, a positive experience, although the wait did disrupt the flow a bit. Despite arriving a few minutes early, I still had to wait 15 minutes for my table, and my order was served 30 minutes late. For a burger, that's quite a long wait, as it was for dessert. The food was good, but not exceptional. A big thank you to the waitress for her attentiveness: she took the initiative to point out the presence of bacon in my burger, a very thoughtful touch! The plus: Very baby-friendly with a changing table available.

13/03/2026: Back to Holly Belly in 2026. Still as good as ever, but I have a small comment about the signature dish: the savory stack. Please, please, please don't drizzle maple syrup over the whole dish: let us just put it on the pancakes. In the US, they serve the eggs and bacon separately. This gives us a "savory" part of the meal and a "dessert," whereas, as it's served, it's all sweet (and for me, the eggs and bacon are too sweet...).

16/03/2026: Excellent burger restaurant. The staff is incredibly attentive. We really appreciate the ambiance, with its soft music (country or acoustic). It's a small detail, but it makes a difference. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the burger of the month is always divine. The wait time is very reasonable. The kitchen never closes! 😯 The clientele is a mix of stylish young people, cultured forty-somethings, and well-mannered fifty-somethings. 🙂 Well done!
