Very good. The BBQ burger is great and the peach melba milkshake is excellent. The atmosphere is perfect and the server is very friendly.

16/03/2026: Excellent burger restaurant. The staff is incredibly attentive. We really appreciate the ambiance, with its soft music (country or acoustic). It's a small detail, but it makes a difference. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the burger of the month is always divine. The wait time is very reasonable. The kitchen never closes! 😯 The clientele is a mix of stylish young people, cultured forty-somethings, and well-mannered fifty-somethings. 🙂 Well done!

14/03/2026: Very good experience all around! Get the Bloody Mary (but maybe only one). Otherwise very FODMAP friendly 👏
13/03/2026: Back to Holly Belly in 2026. Still as good as ever, but I have a small comment about the signature dish: the savory stack. Please, please, please don't drizzle maple syrup over the whole dish: let us just put it on the pancakes. In the US, they serve the eggs and bacon separately. This gives us a "savory" part of the meal and a "dessert," whereas, as it's served, it's all sweet (and for me, the eggs and bacon are too sweet...).
