What more can I say except that everything is perfect. The welcome, the atmosphere, the calm, the staff and especially the cuisine. We had a lovely time for my husband's birthday.

We had a great time with great discoveries. The setting is superb and the servers take great care of the customers. We had a 4 course service.
The only downside is the coffee, which for my taste is not up to par with the rest of the meal.

Despite a reservation problem, exceptional reception. Everything was done to correct the error. Dinner in the superb wine cellar. Exceptional dishes and wonderful service.

Awesome experience! The crew and chefs are understanding of dietary restrictions and palate preferences, resulting in a customized menu. Really enjoyed the precision of every detail. It is definitely worth it, at least once in a lifetime.

A French chef who became the first female chef to receive two Michelin stars. There is also a store in London, which seems to be a three-star store.
The chef uses plenty of ingredients from the Basque Country, where he is from, and the delicate flavors of the seafood menu are particularly impressive.
The interior of the restaurant has a feminine and soft atmosphere, and even though it is a two-star restaurant, it is not too formal and has a cozy atmosphere.
It was a 4-course menu, but it also came with an amuse bouche and several types of desserts, so I was full.

We took the tasting menu, six courses, for the evening it was more than enough and quite copious in the end. The dishes were very sophisticated and tasty, the 2 downsides are the noise in the room despite the distance between the tables, and the discomfort of the chairs which force us to lean forward to eat, with a back too low. When the meal lasts more than three hours, you come out with back pain.
