This was our second visit for our wedding anniversary, and the 2026 experience was just as good as the 2025 one. The setting is beautiful, the service impeccable, and the food delicious. Everything seems so fresh that you almost wonder if the ingredients were harvested just before being cooked! We're truly surprised this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star, because in our opinion, it absolutely deserves one.

The staff at reception and in the dining room were friendly, attentive, and discreet. The service was efficient without being pushy. The decor, with its exposed stone walls, was very charming. The chairs were very comfortable. The evening menu was excellent and varied. We had a memorable evening.

I can only give you excellent reviews of this place steeped in history. Delicious food... a feast for the eyes and the palate. As someone who has lived in Périgueux for many years, I can confirm that this restaurant is the best in town. The service is impeccable.

07/08/2026: We had lunch as a family and the food was excellent (the desserts were amazing!). The service was also very good.
