First time and definitely not the last... It was extraordinary!!! In an intimate and pleasant setting, you discover incredible homemade Japanese cuisine!!! The service was top-notch, with attentive customers... A delight for our taste buds and an exceptional discovery... I recommend it 1000000%!

An intimate restaurant with an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. We ate at the counter, which wasn't a problem at all; it's very well laid out. The food was a delightful surprise in terms of color, texture, and flavor. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers (order 3-4 for two people, as they are light) to the dessert. The service was very pleasant and friendly. Be sure to book in advance!

Excellent Japanese restaurant. The dining room is small, but we quickly felt immersed in the Hibiki atmosphere. The two of us shared three appetizers, two main courses, and two desserts. The food was delicious; we particularly enjoyed the salmon aburi and the beef tataki. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent Japanese restaurant! The food quality is exceptional… a true culinary journey 🇯🇵 We especially loved the sesame ice cream for dessert! However, we found the service a little unusual as the appetizers and main courses arrived gradually… It's a minor drawback, but overall the experience was very good 🌟

A True Japanese Experience in Strasbourg Hibiki is an excellent Japanese restaurant in Strasbourg, already highly rated and clearly deserved. It offers an omakase-style dining experience, run by a Japanese team, with an authentic and perfectly executed approach. The welcome and service are impeccable, attentive, and warm. The dishes are refined, delicate, and well-balanced, with a remarkable selection of appetizers. Special mention goes to the homemade tofu, which is simply exceptional. This is a truly high-quality Japanese restaurant, without any unnecessary frills. The sakes are excellent, and if you've never tasted a truly good Japanese sake, this is definitely the ideal place to discover it. There's also a very nice wine selection. I was with colleagues who were completely unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine, and they loved the experience, from the food to the chef's and the service. A quick personal note: apologies to the waiter for the noise; they weren't used to this type of cuisine and were perhaps a little too enthusiastic… but it was mainly a sign that they were having a wonderful time. Remember to book ahead. Would I go back? Absolutely. A sure bet in Strasbourg.
