A superb experience. The restaurant is authentic and intimate. There's real care put into each dish, and the flavors are spot on. I highly recommend it!

Overall good experience with a focus on freshness. One odd thing though, we did not order dessert, yet we were brought dessert and charged for it. Did I miss something in translation?

As everyone says, this is the best Japanese restaurant in Strasbourg (Alsace?) Real Japanese cuisine by Japanese chef and japan service. Lunch menu is only 15 euros and if you see the quality of food, you cannot fine the same things anywhere else. Their homemade Tofu is really soft and delicious, I cannot find even in Japan. I personally prefer less source to taste well the Tofu itself. The dessert is also very creative and delicious : glace au sesame noir is very good. Glace au miso blanc is very original. If you like spot and sweet taste, you must try it! If you really want to try the real Japanese food, here is the place! You must make a reservation to make sure that you have the place especially for dinner.

A wonderful discovery: this small Japanese restaurant in the heart of Schiltigheim. A small number of tables, a friendly atmosphere, and warm service. The menu changes seasonally, allowing you to regularly discover new flavors. We ordered three appetizers and two main courses to share: dishes that appeared simple but were full of flavor and finesse. Japanese cuisine that goes beyond the usual fare, far removed from the sushi and skewers we typically find in France. Remember to book in advance: for a Saturday evening, you should book about two weeks ahead.

Excellent restaurant, and the sushi rice is very well prepared. A more affordable lunch menu is also available, and just as good.
