What a fantastic find Le Hibou! Inventive and delicious vegetarian cuisine at lunchtime!!! Beer prices are more than reasonable and there's a great selection of drinks to suit all tastes. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. In short, go check it out!

Had lunch at Hibou in Rennes a few weeks ago and loved it. So glad they now offer a lunch menu! The food was delicious: a beautiful, thoughtful salad and a generous main (vegetables with tomato sauce). Everything felt refined yet comforting. The menu is fully vegan, which is great as someone lactose intolerant. It’s a relief to be able to order anything, even dessert, without overthinking. Elegant, gourmet, and simply excellent. Highly recommend!

In my opinion, this is THE new lunch spot in Rennes! The dishes are vibrant, flavorful, and sophisticated. A 100% plant-based menu where you won't be bored from appetizer to dessert. Run there before word gets out. Kudos for offering such committed cuisine that's a refreshing change from what you see everywhere else! And I almost forgot, the price is unbeatable at under €20. Hats off!

Fantastic experience! The food is truly excellent: flavorful, expertly prepared dishes with a real focus on taste. You can tell there's a special attention paid to flavors, with combinations that are sometimes original but always very successful. Visually, the plates are also beautiful and elegant. And as for the portions, there's nothing to complain about; you leave feeling more than satisfied. A very enjoyable time spent, with cuisine that's a bit different from what we're used to eating, while still remaining affordable. I highly recommend it!

I go there very often, and to say I'm never disappointed would be an understatement. Every time, Chef Arthur manages to surprise me and make me appreciate his bold and refined cuisine. He never fails to introduce us to a range of original and balanced flavors. Each of his meals is akin to a culinary masterpiece. This exceptional cuisine seduces the mind as much as the palate. If he were to offer his talents as a private chef, his price would be mine, but the restaurant world would bitterly regret it. Don't just walk, RUN to Le Hibou!

We went for lunch and it was an incredible discovery. The food is vegetarian, delicious, and incredibly well-prepared. I haven't eaten anything so good in over seven years as a vegetarian. Thanks to Arthur, the chef, who is also super friendly! Thanks also to Pascale, who took excellent care of us. We'll be back!
