Food is ok. But some dishes are too dry. Have the impression that the card is unbalanced. Some dishes are very very spicy and others bland......... I've seen better Koreans in the neighborhood, But it's still ok 👌

Shoyu Lamen + 7 Gyoza set hits the spot! 🤤🍜 Beef rice meal was not bad as well. (Although they almost forgot about this order) Service was quick. Can get really busy, even after lunch time. Reaaaaaallly affordable about 13€ for the set? Cant go wrong with that!

A good restaurant that serves its orders efficiently and quickly. The dishes are accessible and there is a wide choice. However, a queue will last more or less long depending on the number of people who come (the queue shows how popular this restaurant is).

Very good Japanese restaurant. I rediscover the quality of this cuisine that I appreciated so much during my stay in Tokyo. The gyozas are unmissable! The service is fast and efficient even when the restaurant is crowded. I recommend the Katsudon. A must for fans of authentic Japanese cuisine.

Everybody knows Higuma is THE spot!!! Well at least it's mine 🤭 Go here if you are looking for authenticity and taste. It's an OG spot in Paris since more than 20 years and I've brought all my friends here. Service is efficient. Always good food there no matter what you order, and affordable, so what are you waiting for?

30/03/2024: The udon is very thick and chewy! It is said to be handmade and we love it! The udon with tempura was pretty good! And the curry taste is quite standard for me and quite a lot of pork tonkatsu. The karage is good, we like it. The price is a bit too pricy compared to other udon places but the food itself is good! The space is quite small so you’ll have to queue if you come at peak hour, u can’t book a table in advance.

27/03/2024: An authentic ramen restaurant with delicious rich pork bone ramen. There are no complaints about the salt level of the soup, the level of boiling of the chashu, and the amount of noodles. The price may seem high to tourists from Japan, but it makes sense considering the typical restaurant prices in Paris and ramen prices in Paris. The bite-sized gyoza are also carefully made and very delicious. I would like to visit again.
25/03/2024: Very good service, the place is small, quiet and cozy. We ordered the vegetarian ramen, and in our opinion it lacked tofu or some vegetable time.
