The food was alright, but the waiter was way too rushed to take our order, even though it wasn't peak hours. We were asked if we'd made our choice two minutes after receiving the menu, but we asked for five minutes to decide, and he came back just seconds later to ask if everything was okay.

Excellent find! A very good Japanese restaurant, specializing in ramen. The dishes are flavorful, generous, and perfectly balanced, made with fresh ingredients and bursting with taste. The ramen is particularly delicious, with a wonderful broth and generous portions. The service is also pleasant and the atmosphere welcoming. I highly recommend this place for Japanese food lovers. We had a fantastic time and will gladly return!

The service was very quick for a lunch break, but the tenderro (rice bowl with tempura) seemed odd, as if the shrimp weren't fresh. My friend had a stomach ache afterward. The curry was decent, with enough sauce, but slightly unbalanced with the amount of rice.

I'm a regular customer, but the quality of the gyozas (they don't hold their shape) and the fried rice has dropped considerably (the pieces of meat are far too fatty). I'm not sure I'll be back.

A very good experience at Higuma, with a particularly appealing lunch menu. The dumplings are tasty and a pleasant way to start.
The ramen is a triumph: a rich and flavorful miso broth, still-crisp vegetables, tender pork, and perfectly cooked thin noodles. The whole dish is simple, generous, and satisfying.
A great lunch spot with excellent value for money.

Excellent value for money. They have a ramen + 7 gyoza combo for only €15.
The gyoza are very well made, slightly crispy and flavorful. The ramen is still very good, but in my opinion, it's not really ramen in the traditional sense. The meat is truly the star of the dish, flavorful and tender.
It's still an excellent place, definitely worth trying!
