A fantastic experience at Hippopotamus! The entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. We arrived quite close to closing time, but we never felt like we were bothering anyone. On the contrary, they let us enjoy our meal in peace, without any pressure. A special thank you to Mam's, who was incredibly kind, warm, attentive, and truly helpful throughout our meal. Her professionalism and good humor made the experience even more enjoyable. A welcome like this makes all the difference. Thank you to the whole team; we will gladly return.

04/05/2026: Dinner for 6 friends Beautiful setting Varied but reasonably priced menu Excellent burgers Salmon, perfectly cooked Top: Veal T-bone steak, sautéed potatoes, creamy mushroom sauce Simply wonderful for meat lovers (not rare) Generous, tender, and with a perfectly flavored sauce. I'll be back just for that!! Wine: Saint-Emilion, very good Desserts: Perfect chocolate fondant perfect, and Nogent-Brest Original Friendly service (but a little too familiar for a first-time customer) A great find

17/05/2026: This was very near where we stayed. Across the street from the Louvre. Our family of four had a tremendous dinner and our server Cindy was outstanding.
