It's always a good time dining at Hippopotamus. One small drawback: having to pay extra for a second side dish on the menu; the portions aren't huge, so one isn't enough! But otherwise, very good as usual.

The place is way too noisy. It's impossible to hear yourself think. The service was incredibly slow, far too slow; what saved our evening was the waitress's kindness and humor. The quality has definitely gone down... The tiramisu wasn't good.

08/03/2026: Great restaurant for the price. The staff are super friendly and the owner is exceptionally courteous and kind. Come on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday for the couscous; it's excellent and very well served.
15/02/2026: A very good restaurant for lunch with colleagues, and excellent couscous at the end of the week!
