Disappointed with my experience at Hippopotamus Villabé, near Lisses. Since the fries were all-you-can-eat, we asked for more several times, but the waitress's attitude was unwelcoming and unpleasant.
When I asked for another portion of fries, which I hadn't finished, I was told there would be an extra charge of €2.50. My son had to raise his voice to make it clear that we didn't agree with this charge.
A regrettable experience, especially regarding the service and how the situation was handled. A shame.
