Disappointment for our children. Although we ordered the sailor's menu for €8.50 and it explicitly stated "plus one surprise," they received nothing. When they asked the waitress, she replied that there was no surprise. Since the menu was a contractual obligation, we feel cheated... what a shame...

04/09/2026: Disappointed with my experience at Hippopotamus Villabé, near Lisses. Since the fries were all-you-can-eat, we asked for more several times, but the waitress's attitude was unwelcoming and unpleasant. When I asked for another portion of fries, which I hadn't finished, I was told there would be an extra charge of €2.50. My son had to raise his voice to make it clear that we didn't agree with this charge. A regrettable experience, especially regarding the service and how the situation was handled. A shame.
