I spent my birthday today at the hippopotamus de cour saint emilion It had been several years since I had been there, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised! The channel has improved in quality The meat is tender, the potato gratin a delight as are the fries It’s simple cooking but well executed and the portions are not regretted! The waitresses were all super friendly (Only small regret: the fact that the hippopotamus mascot is no longer highlighted as much) I recommend if you want to eat good steak, good eggs, good potatoes We will come back

Loulou Montmartre

07/03/2024: Concretely, I see Loulou as a bar by default, in the sense that it is really the bar to get to know your class at the start of the year because it is next to the Catho de Lille. However, in reality, the bar is not incredible without being bad. I would say it's average, it's often crowded and it's difficult to order. The layout of the space isn't crazy either, but very good for watching a match.
04/12/2023: Different €5 pint every day for the Advent calendar. Very good today! We'll see tomorrow 😁

02/04/2024: Very pleasant neighborhood restaurant and bar which offers a wide catering menu. You will find the most classic beers to the most original cocktails, all on one of the only sunny terraces on the Grands Boulevards and covered on rainy days. Only downside: STOP CHANGING THE SERVERS, we barely have time to get involved with them before they disappear and the new ones are very disingenuous: "I've always been there" It's false Como!! ! » Where are you Greg?!?
