Excellent! For former Amarine fans, this is a worthy successor. A warm welcome, a pleasant atmosphere, and impeccable service. We enjoyed our meals. The fries were very good (I mention this because it's not always the case).

We were disappointed with the food and its presentation.

We were very disappointed with the one in Amiens...we understand why it ended up closing...congratulations to you for the quality of the setting, the welcome, and the service, and nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the dishes and desserts...a very good experience, I would recommend the address to others without hesitation.

This is a Leon chain restaurant. The menu changes, but the portions get smaller. It's still decent, and the price-quality ratio is good.

The setting is superb and beautifully decorated. The parking lot is a bit small, so you have to park on the street. The mussels and fries were good, but the portion size has decreased significantly, while the price has increased considerably. The service was quick and friendly. The fish and chips were decent and very tasty.

The first time I reviewed Léon was 14 years ago, back when the Ardennes mussels cost €14.90, were enormous (Dutch style?), plump, and the portions were generous, except for the fries... We came on average once every two months... the food was excellent. And then, the years went by, the prices increased (like everywhere else), but the portions decreased. Fortunately, the recipes that made the chain successful are still there, and the restaurant has been revitalized (new decor, branding, etc.). Some really good new dishes have been added to the menu, with some pleasant surprises to the chain's credit. But in the end, I'm giving it 3 stars, no more, because for €35 per person, including a small fried fish platter, an Ardennes-style casserole, an ice cream sundae, and sparkling water for two, I'm sorry, but for less money and much better quality with a bit more quantity, I can find a better deal at a traditional restaurant that's been around for 20 years not far from here (starter, main course, dessert, and drink). It's worth noting that the service at this Léon Wasquehal is very good, no complaints there. The restaurant is clean and bright. The atmosphere isn't anything special in winter, but in the early evenings of summer, they sometimes have drinks with live music, which is nice because you can extend your drinks into dinner. I take my hat off to the Exotica passion coupe (very well thought out with coconut ice cream coated in passion fruit compote at the bottom, then pineapple sorbet, then mascarpone with whipped cream and grated coconut + palm), a killer in the mouth, effective sweet and tangy.

Delicious food, great services.

I came last night with my friend, we had a lovely evening, the mussels marinière with fries were a treat as well as the fried small fish with tartar sauce and the desserts, a menu with a wide selection, the staff including the waiters very friendly, a very pleasant nautical setting to have a good time and I recommend Léon de Bruxelles in Wasquehal without hesitation, we will be back very soon.

We regularly come to this restaurant and have always been delighted, but for the first time tonight we left feeling rather ambivalent. The quantity of mussels was smaller. We mentioned it to the waiter, who simply replied: "No, normally everything is weighed..." In short, the response was inadequate, which is a shame.
