Very disappointing: a nonchalant welcome with no smiles, but thankfully we were later served by a professional and accommodating young woman. The quality of the food was very average. The most baffling thing was the knives: they still don't cut. During our previous visit in January, we were assured they would be replaced. Several months later, nothing has changed. We received the exact same answer: "They will be replaced." Clearly, customer feedback is ignored. To top it all off, the app I usually use to pay was malfunctioning. In short, a string of disappointments. We gave this establishment a second chance, but it will be the last.
