Saturday night, peak time... a shame because the dishes were only lukewarm. They forgot extra toppings twice, and we had to send one back because it wasn't cooked enough. As for the service... what can I say? They're overwhelmed, and we felt like we were bothering them. Otherwise, it was still good, but it would have been much better if it had been hot.

As promised last year... I returned to eat at Hippopotamus (with friends this time) and I really wanted to leave a very positive review, especially for the waitress who took care of our table. She was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end: welcoming, smiling, very professional, and truly attentive throughout the meal. You can tell she loves her job and that she cares deeply about ensuring customers have a wonderful experience. She was attentive to every detail, always available, and very pleasant. This is the kind of service that makes all the difference in a restaurant. What's even more remarkable is that this isn't the first time I've noticed it: last year, I had the pleasure of being served by her and I was already impressed by her kindness and professionalism. I also want to emphasize the quality of the food, which always complements this excellent service. Personally, I'm never disappointed when I eat here. It's always a pleasure to return.
