Excellent experience, welcoming and really friendly staff, despite a minor mishap that resulted in a spilled drink and sauce on the floor. Delicious food, I highly recommend it.

Non-smoking terrace with numerous cigarette butts on the edge. The starter was piping hot and tasty. The main course was sent back to the kitchen as it didn't match the order.
Luckily, the second course was acceptable. No dessert and no tip.

Yesterday at lunchtime we were in Béziers and had lunch at this restaurant, what a joke! The head waiter was nowhere to be seen, the waiter was clueless and rude, the lunchtime service was a complete disaster, and the hygiene was appalling...
It was really awful, and don't even get me started on the wait...
That was the last time for us.
Hopefully you can keep going much longer, but in my opinion, things aren't looking good.

We had a great meal for four at this Hippopotamus on Saturday night.
The chain is still more expensive than the Buffalo one for the same quality.
I recommend it.

Tonight I came with my family, and we received a very warm welcome from the waitress and the manager.
The meal was perfect, and we had a lovely time together.
