We tried it with friends during our day in Lille. We were satisfied with the dishes and the cooking was excellent. A little disappointed by the somewhat gloomy atmosphere in the restaurant, but you have to keep in mind that it was a Sunday, a rainy day.
The staff was responsive and helpful, and the restaurant and restrooms were clean and well-maintained. The menu is very affordable and comprehensive.
The lunch menu: piece of beef, gratin dauphinois, green beans, béarnaise sauce. The meat was a bit tough and sinewy, which is very rare for them. I'm used to better, so that's 4/5. The service was excellent and very friendly.
Kindness and helpfulness of the staff, fast service, dishes with right portions and prices, a cuisine appreciated and appreciable considering the shipwreck of the premises in the center of Lille.
The steak was good but the staff were very unprofessional. One staff member was shouting at another staff in front of all customers and then she was just very moody with everywhere. The people on the table next to ours even noticed this and found it very unprofessional.
A little disappointed, some adjustments to be made: medium steak instead of rare, dish served just 2 minutes after the cocktails arrived... but pleasant place with air conditioning
