We had a wonderful family evening. The service was smooth and pleasant. The staff was able to respond to all our requests and very quickly. Little crush on Lina, smiling, funny, helpful, responsive... thank you all!

We did not appreciate the refusal to put us in a table of 2 on the pretext that it was reserved. 10 minutes later 2 other people insisted and managed to sit at this table even though the waitress had said it was reserved. Apparently these 2 customers knew the probably usual gesture of the waitress...

An excellent experience at Hippopotamus! We had a very pleasant time in this restaurant. The warm atmosphere and the quality of the dishes were there. Special mention to Fatima, our waitress, who was extremely kind and professional. Always smiling, attentive and giving good advice, she made our meal even more enjoyable. We will come back with pleasure and hope to have the pleasure of being served by her again. Thanks to the whole team!

Un peu déçu ! Nous venons régulièrement à l'Hippopotamus de Meudon-le-Forêt et avons toujours été satisfaits du service et de la qualité des mets servis, cependant en ce jour de la Fête des Pères nous avions réservé une table pour 6, nous avons été déçus par la qualité de l'accueil et du service qui semblait être assuré par du personnel non professionnel, pas efficace ni souriant, de plus la qualité des mets servis étaient inférieurs à ce que nous avions l'habitude d'avoir. Nous reviendrons, mais pas pendant une période d'affluence !!

17/09/2024: A lovely discovery! Beautiful neighborhood address where you eat fresh, good and without fuss. The portions are generous for very affordable prices. We enjoyed the beef harira and the zucchini and goat lasagna! Very excited to come back to try the upcoming dishes.
