Hello, We came for lunch as a family today and were delighted with the food and especially with Suzi's excellent service. She was very kind and pleasant to us. We will definitely come back just for Suzi's kindness, particularly towards our children.

The food was okay, but the service was incredibly slow. I've never seen anything like it at a Hippopotamus restaurant! They seemed to have quite a large staff, though.
