This was my second visit. The staff are always very pleasant and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal once again. The food is excellent. The dining room is nice, airy, and well-decorated. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent experience this evening at Hippopotamus Troyes. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The quality of everything from the appetizer to the dessert was superb. The service was quick, professional, and attentive (thank you Nicolas and his manager). I highly recommend it.
