We contacted the HIRIBURU caterer for a family meal for 100 people. Delivery was made on time. Dishes stored in insulated boxes allowed us to serve the meal hot 1 hour after delivery. All our guests enjoyed the delicious lamb blanquette and the accompanying rice. Congratulations to Cathy, Thierry and their team for their performance.
