Back to Holly Belly in 2026.
Still as good as ever, but I have a small comment about the signature dish: the savory stack. Please, please, please don't drizzle maple syrup over the whole dish: let us just put it on the pancakes. In the US, they serve the eggs and bacon separately. This gives us a "savory" part of the meal and a "dessert," whereas, as it's served, it's all sweet (and for me, the eggs and bacon are too sweet...).

What I love most about Holybelly is that it doesn't restrict you to a set menu. With the 'Eggs & Sides' option, you can create your plate entirely to your own taste. 🍳 Whether it's silky smooth scrambled eggs, a crispy hash brown, or that grilled halloumi cheese that's just perfect for us... 🧀
The flavor of the mushrooms combined with the crispness of the sourdough bread resulted in the satisfying breakfast I had imagined. The fact that everyone can create their own favorite plate thanks to the customizable menu is priceless! ✨☕️

This little cafe was everything! Pancakes are a must. Latte was perfection. I even bought the coffee beans to bring home to U.S.! I really loved the hand washing area too.🤷🏼♀️🤪

Honestly, one of the most delicious pancakes I’ve eaten in my life. Fluffly and with an exquisite butter and syrup. The bacon was also great. They offer different daily homemade drinks that I recommend if you’re in the mood for something different. I had a blood orange soda that was glorious. On the weekends, there’s a line outside so you will probably have to wait.

I got the matcha latte and the 2 eggs and 2 sides with poached eggs, hashbrowns and bacon. The matcha was pretty mediocre, very milky and bland. The food was honestly delicious!
