The quality of this restaurant varies from visit to visit, which is a shame. Some dishes are very good, others are mediocre. (I recommend the salmon tartare, which is excellent.) The desserts aren't incredible. For business clients who need a quick lunch, the service is complicated... The owner has a personality that some won't appreciate, and the service that goes with it. Besides that, the staff is often friendly, but it's true that when it's busy, the dining room quickly falls victim to poor organization, and you feel the stress. Our visits are becoming increasingly rare because many of our colleagues no longer want to come.
