Homard premier sur Champagne-Au-Mont-D'Or

This restaurant's quality is inconsistent, which is a shame. Some dishes are very good, others are only average. (I recommend the salmon tartare, which is excellent.) The desserts aren't amazing. For business clients who need a quick lunch, the service is complicated... The owner has a personality that some won't appreciate, and the service reflects that. Aside from that, the staff is often friendly, but it's true that when it's busy, the dining room quickly becomes disorganized, and you really feel the stress. We're visiting less and less often because many of our colleagues no longer want to come.
