We really enjoyed the hotel and the restaurant. After beautiful walks, what a delight to find ourselves at this excellent restaurant table, we risked nothing when we saw that the owner cut his teeth in the restaurant of the Crillon hotel in Paris. There were 4 of us and we had different dishes: all delighted! Impeccable service and varied breakfast with a surprise from the Chef. Very comfortable bedding and rooms. Absolute calm. The managers are very welcoming. Without doubt one of the best restaurants in Lagrasse Jean-Pierre

We had an appointment with a Club for lunch at the Hostellerie, Friday October 11. What to say? Everything was so perfect, the welcome from Alexandra, the lunch and the dishes prepared by Julien. The whole group really enjoyed these moments of sharing before a very nice visit to the Abbey. Well done to both of you, your hostellerie des Corbières is a very beautiful establishment where it is good to live and spend time!

Having used a smart box, our dinner was prepared directly by chef Julien. His choice was wise. A delight! A great presentation. Pleasant and fast service provided by Alexandra. A very good time. Thank you for your welcome. Being regularly in Aude, in Gruissan, we will come back.

A treat, I would only like to talk about the restaurant where we ate. First we arrived at 11.50 attracted by the menu located outside, we were received by the owner (who does the service) the latter had not finished eating welcomed us with kindness and quickly got rid of her covered to seat us. It was by rereading the menu once we were seated that we understood that the restaurant service begins at 12:15 p.m., so once again thank you to her. And what can we say about the dishes we tasted! A treat… worthy of a star, the quantity more and the price less! Taste presentation, our taste buds still remember it. The four of us were unanimous and won over. Well done and thank you to the chef (the boss), what a pleasure!

Fantastic food with a beautiful view and super friendly service - in French or English as you prefer. The couple who run the hotel and restaurant do a fantastic job - every detail taken care of - and good portions of food unlike some of the more expensive options in the area. Fine dining that you are not hungry afterwards.

Dinner at the restaurant, passing through Lagrasse. Very warm welcome, delicious and elaborate cuisine, superb view from the terrace. A very, very good time having dinner, and chatting with the owners. 👍

28/08/2024: So, this opinion will be mixed. I will remain objective by separating the strong points and the weak points. For the setting, those who like old stones, this may be suitable. (efforts need to be made on the decor). The welcome is not bad, however, make sure that you do not forget to note your reservation. The location you are assigned to will depend a little on your personality. For our part, we found ourselves stuck behind a column, as customers passed by, and therefore jostled quite often, which is very unpleasant, especially with a fork in our mouth. The sangria is good as are the tapas. As for the dishes, I recommend the entrecôte which is of excellent quality. As for the pork cooked over a wood fire, the porcini mushroom sauce that accompanied it was good but I was surprised to discover under a mound of homemade fries, vegetables that were partly charred and therefore frankly inedible. The meat itself had the flavor of boiled pork, so tastefully uninteresting. Great efforts also need to be made on the presentation of the plates. The service was relatively quick given a lack of room staff. For desserts, nothing to complain about, a priori, they are homemade. Well, I won't go so far as to recommend the place, but maybe you will have better luck than us.
