The salad was simply delicious and made with fresh ingredients. It's the perfect place to eat healthily in a very pleasant setting. I highly recommend it!

We stopped there by chance... and weren't disappointed at all. The food was fantastic! The atmosphere was peaceful, with the sound of cicadas 🥰 in the shade of parasols. From appetizer to dessert... an explosion of flavor with homemade cuisine. We highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this place; the food is excellent and the portions are generous. Very good value for money. The service is decent; they even bring you a carafe of water and bread without you having to ask. Pleasant atmosphere.

What a lovely time we spent in the shade of the plane trees. Our little dog enjoyed it. The meal was excellent. The profiteroles with fresh cheese were a delightful discovery. The chicken with chorizo ​​was superb, and the filet mignon was incredibly tender. To finish, the pear cake was perfect. All this for €21 per person. It's hard to find anything cheaper and as good. The service and welcome were perfect. Thank you for this wonderful, relaxing time. We will be back.

Beautiful little village not far from Carcassonne. Quiet, with a few roadside restaurants, sunny spots, and parasols. This restaurant, Entrepotes, is super friendly; the owner and staff are very kind, the place is well-run, and the regional cuisine is simple yet delicious. We had a great time there. A must-try if you're passing through Lagrasse.

Highly recommended to visit on a Saturday, as there is a market on that day in the picturesque village of Larasse.

Hostellerie de Corbières

19/04/2026: As always, a top-notch experience. It goes without saying that everything is homemade. You can see and taste it. The updated menu has some real gems. The slow-cooked pork confit with tagine-style vegetables, followed by the light pavlova for dessert, is a true delight. The icing on the cake is a new offering of sharing plates, which we tried with our aperitifs. Worthy successors to Venetian chiccetti, but in a generous portion, they are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We'll be back!
18/04/2026: When you arrive in Lagrasse, look for the Hostellerie des Corbières! You'll eat such delicious and refined dishes that you'll feel like you're traveling again! The best in the village!!
